Big hello fellas.
There are two types of people in this world to be precise or at least in the context that I am about to speak.
- Morning people
- Night owls
Of the two I am absolutely hands down the first one. There are several reasons as to why but I would like to cite the most important one to me. Every morning I look forward to one thing that makes me so happy 😀 BREAKFAST. Yes I am an absolute foodie. The first things that pops in my head the moment I wake up is.. Hmm So.. What’s for breakfast? Recently on this healthy spree of mine I have decided to try out healthier versions of breakfast and go easy on those paranthas and masala dosas.
Breakfast I feel is not just another meal. You literally break your fast every morning. It’s the first thing your body gets (in terms of food) and a lot of how you are going to feel for the rest of the day is based on what you eat in the morning. This time of breakfast should be serene and happy and believe you me it makes a difference.
How my Friday started 😀
Oats – Milk – Bananas – Flax Seeds
