Good Morning beautiful people,
In my previous post I told you guys how important this first meal of the day is. Recently I have opened my mind towards healthier eating habits in life and I am loving these new breakfast combinations. Whenever I prepare something healthy I try to strike a balance between nutrition and taste, as I am a big foodie. Honest Confession : – I cannot eat things that are not tasty.
It’s Friday today and I am back with another breakfast combination for you guys. This week I picked out these two breakfast items , multi-grain flakes from 24 mantra and choco filled ragi bites from soulfull foods. Below is the mix up of items.
Multi-grain flakes – Choco filled Ragi bites – Apple – Milk – Flax seeds
I cannot even tell you how tasty it was (at least for the person who hates milk). Ting 😉
