Let’s talk about this setting brush from real techniques.
After being immensely satisfied with the performance and quality of Real Techniques stippling brush, I thought of trying other brushes of theirs.
Product Claims – Our micro setting brush is the key to completing any look.
> a perfectly controlled dusting of product
> ideal for setting powders or highlighting powders/creams
My Thoughts – YESSSS 🙂 Does what it claims.
It comes in a plastic case which helps to keep the brush in shape but I hardly use it as i keep all my brushes together to save space during travelling. It comes in a fuchsia pink color with the name of brush written over it. This is the best part about real techniques. They made the entire brush game chic and classy 😉 It comes with a flat rubber base like any other real techniques brush.
So I wanted something of perfect size to set my under eye concealer and the other highlighted parts of my face. That means something little pointy, long and round at the same time. Voila…. I got it. This is a dual fiber brush which means a very even and soft application. No pokey feelings 😀 hehehe…. The bristles are in a dome shape and fluffy enough to dust the powder for setting. It fits PERFECTLY under the eyes for setting the concealer. As it says you can use it with powder highlighters as well as it fits the upper part of cheek bones perfectly to give a medium to heavy coverage. I prefer using this brush with powders and not with creams. Just like that.
All real techniques brushes are cruelty free and made from 100% synthetic fibers. The bristles do not shed at all for this one.
Priced at 8$ in the US and in the range of 500 to 900 INR in India, this brush is a real bargain. If you a beginner not wanting to spend on expensive brushes then go for real techniques brushes 🙂
